Here in Holland we love our coffee, it has been part of our culture sinds 1615. Our technique is drip brew. The way this coffee is made is in a pour-over. For this you need a fine grind. It’s for manny reasons the coffee to go with. The paper that holds the coffee, filters out all the fat and insoluble compounds stay in the filter. This is better for your cholesterol levels. It’s perfect for black coffee but you can also make a nice, cappuccino or latte.
And last but not least, it’s better for the environment!
